We will be ordering swim suits from Keifer Aquatics store in Cary. Keifer will be providing one fit kit (one suit of every size male and female) that will be available to us on May 7th. The suits in the fit kit are not available for purchase.

If you do not know what size suit to purchase,

• Attend the Meet the Coach session on May 4th to use fit kit, or
• Make other arrangements after May 4th to use the fit kit. (Due to volunteer availability, Jackie Miller will keep the fit kit at her house so you can contact her to schedule a time to try on.)
• Visit the Keifer Aquatics store in Cary and try on (and purchase suits) from them directly.

How to order a suit:

• Go to Keifer Aquatics and try on/purchase in store
• Use attached order form and call Keifer Aquatics to place your order and pay over the phone.

How to receive your suit:

• If you go to Keifer Aquatics the suits are in stock and you can take with you after purchase
• If you order from Keifer Aquatics over the phone you can:
  • Make arrangements to have Keifer Aquatics ship suit directly to your house
  • pick up personally from Keifer Aquatics
  • A Manchester Marlins volunteer will go to Keifer Aquatics once a week throughout May. You can specify on your phone order that you want the Manchester Rep to pick up your suit which will then be brought to practice for you to pick up.

Deadline:

• Suits are currently in stock but there is no guarantee that if you wait other teams may not be purchasing the same suit and they would have to be ordered.
• If you want a suit delivered to practice by a Marlins Rep you must place your order by May 20th.
• If you purchase after May 20th you will need to make arrangements to ship to your house or personally pick up.
