Hi All,

Welcome to the 2025 season!! We are so happy to see you all and are excited for a fun and successful swim season!

I have a couple of updates for this week:

Sponsors- if you know anyone who is willing to sponsor our team this year, please let me know by Friday 5/23. All money goes directly to the team.  Potential sponsors can be family or friends who own businesses or businesses that you frequent. A sponsorship does not have to be a cash donation only; It can be in the form of discounted services (example- Bella Italia gave us discounted pizza one year.) Benefits include being included on our team shirts, advertised at our concession table, listed on our team website, announced at home meets, posted on our pool deck bulletin board and listed on our team banner that is hung at all meets home or away. If any swimmer solicits a business they can also receive volunteer hours for school. We thank those who have already secured sponsors! Please contact me with any questions.

T-shirt order form will be online soon, once sponsors are finalized. There will be a tight turnaround time for ordering. When form is posted I will send an alert with the link. Pricing is yet to be finalized but color will be light blue this year.

Recruitment!!!!- if you are aware of anyone still looking for a team to join, please refer them! If they have any questions they may reach out to me at [email protected]. 

Munchin Marlins- looking for someone to coordinate the Monday night team meals (or at the very least organize one of the six.) We are thinking that it might be easier to continue like last year and pay per swimmer who will eat and have one person either order from somewhere or coordinate easy donated homecooked items. The first dinner will be on Monday 6/9. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions.

Swim Suits- I still have the suit kit if you need to try on a size. You can still order for this year, but deadline is May 30. I will start picking up suits from Keifer Aquatic next week and will hand them out at practice.

Weather issues: Please make sure that your settings for swimtopia allow notifications in case we need to send an alert (mostly weather related.) I will also email all alerts and post them as news posts.

Swimtopia account: When you registered your swimmer you should have received an email to create an account for our Manchester Swimtopia website. If you have not created one please let me know. All meet management along with swimmer, volunteer and concession donation signups are all done through that website so it is vital that you have it. 

No practice on Monday 6/26 due to the Memorial Day holiday. Also, no practice on Friday afternoons.
