Hi All,

Although the weather forecast does not look great for tonight, because it is the same for tomorrow night we are going to go ahead and try to get the Awards Ceremony in tonight. Start time is 6 PM.

In the past we ate dinner then presented awards. This year we are going to try to speed things up and try to present awards while people are eating- I know it is not ideal, but I do not have access to any church or rental space. Kids can still gather behind the blocks and eat there while getting their awards.

Please bring a sun shade (rain in this case) if you are able.

Pending any weather issues kids are allowed to swim after the Ceremony- please wear or bring suits if you would like another night at the pool with the team.

I anticipate that it will be a minute to minute decision as to how this all works, so thank you in advance for your patience.
