Hi All,

Hope everyone had a great July 4th!

There is NO morning practice today. Please be at the pool ready to stretch by 4:45 PM today- we will be using numbers and our timing system.

Still need the following volunteers (I know 3 people have said they are willing to volunteer for whatever is needed, that is very much appreciated!)

• Starter
• Order of Finish Judge
• Head Timer- can be combined with OOF maybe if necessary?
• Timer- please bring your fully charged iPhone- my extras will be used by other team
• Heat Ribbon Distribution- lowest priority- worst case is I can ask other team as they offered to help due to our low numbers.

North Raleigh Championship Meet- we have 17 swimmers interested so far. If you are and have not contacted me please do so ASAP.
