Thank you for registering your swimmers in Swimtopia (our meet management website required by the TSA league.) In order to use Swimmingly (our time management website) and have your swimmers receive their numbers needed to be timed I need everyone to log in and register your swimmers for the 2023 season. For returning families it is a few clicks that take a couple of minutes. Instructions for new and returning families are posted at the end of this email.

First Munchin Marlins Monday 6/12- We will be ordering cheese and pepperoni pizza for $2 per slice (cash or Venmo to @Jennifer-curtis-23.) We have sign ups listed on the team website Signup Calendar - Manchester (swimtopia.com). Please make sure to RSVP so that we have an accurate head count for ordering. We are not doing signups by age group- all items should be delivered to the pool before 4:50 in order for first group to eat at 5. (can also be left earlier in refrigerator if that is more convenient- just make sure to label that it is for swim team.)

First Meet Tuesday 6/13- Home against Springdale. Actual meet specifics will be sent out on Monday.

• Please declare your swimmers. If they are not declared as attending this meet they cannot be added to the lineup. The deadline to declare for any meet is at noon on Sunday before each meet. Coaches are required by the TSA league to submit lineups on Sunday night so this deadline is vital.
• Please sign for volunteer positions. Our website has descriptions of each role for those who are new to the team. If you have any questions about a role please reach out to me.
• Concession donation sign up: Donation list has been updated. Items can be delivered to the pool Monday night or Tuesday morning.

Starter for home meets- Thank You to Heather Huffine for stepping in at Time Trials and agreeing to do the first meet. I am now looking for someone who would like to Shadow this week and possibly perform that role for our 7/5 and 7/18 meets. Please let me know if you are interested.

Practice changes- This week starts our morning practice schedule. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday practices remain the same. Tuesday and Friday now have practice in the morning (11-Up is 10-11 AM and 6 and Unders are 11-11:30.)

SUMMARY OF PARENT TO DO ITEMS: BY Noon on Sunday

• Log into Swimmingly and register swimmers for 2023 season
• Declare your swimmer for 6/13 meet (if not declared yes or no the default is not attending)
• Volunteer for any outstanding jobs for 6/13 meet
• Sign up for concession donations if you are able and willing to donate
• RSVP for Munchin Marlins and sign up for side items if you are able and willing to donate.

Why: Parents/Guardians, once you register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using the instructions below, they'll automatically populate on the roster and become active for the season! Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you will have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse!
You must register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using these instructions to participate in the season.

The Swimmingly® Clubhouse will be your home for your swimmer results, meet declarations, time improvements, best times, and MORE!
